You may first check your SPAM or Promotions folder and see if the email is there.<\/p>\n<p>If you still do not see the email to reset your password, you may need to \"whitelist\" emails from the domain \"thevirtualinstructor.com\".<\/p>\n<p>Of course, we'll be glad to reset your password manually for you as well. If your internet connection is unstable or slower, you may experience \"buffering\". You can disable High Definition streaming by scrolling over the player and clicking the \"HD\" icon. \u00a0This will turn High Definition off and the video will play without buffering.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p><input name=\"tabs\" type=\"radio\" id=\"tab-5\" class=\"input\"\/><br \/>\n  <label for=\"tab-5\" class=\"label\">Video Shows a Black Screen<i class=\"fas fa-angle-down\" style=\"margin-left:2px;\"><\/i><\/label><\/p>\n<div class=\"panel\">\n<p>Check to make sure that you are not on a shared connection, like at a library or a school. \u00a0TheVirtualInstructor.com uses video servers at Vimeo.com. If your shared connection has blocked Vimeo.com, then you are likely to see a black screen. If this is the case, speak with your system administrator and request that Vimeo.com be unblocked.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p><input name=\"tabs\" type=\"radio\" id=\"tab-6\" class=\"input\"\/><br \/>\n  <label for=\"tab-6\" class=\"label\">Password Doesn't Work on the Forum <i class=\"fas fa-angle-down\" style=\"margin-left:10px;\"><\/i><\/label><\/p>\n<div class=\"panel\">\n<p>The forum is free and runs on a completely different database, therefore your membership account is not tied to the forum at all. You'll need to create a new account on the forum and accept the terms and conditions to post your comments and art.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p><input name=\"tabs\" type=\"radio\" id=\"tab-7\" class=\"input\"\/><br \/>\n  <label for=\"tab-7\" class=\"label\">I Need to Cancel<i class=\"fas fa-angle-down\" style=\"margin-left:2px;\"><\/i><\/label><\/p>\n<div class=\"panel\">\n<p>Your membership is a subscription that automatically bills your account. \u00a0You can cancel this automatic payment at any time by following these directions. \u00a0You will still have access to the membership section for your entire term period after your last payment. \u00a0<strong>(It is your\u00a0responsibility\u00a0to cancel recurring payments.)<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>If You Paid Through PayPal...<\/h3>\n<p>How to cancel...<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Go to PayPal.com and log in to your account.<\/li>\n<li>Click the Profile icon next to \"Log Out\" near the top of the page.<\/li>\n<li>Click \u00a0<strong>Preapproved Payments<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Find payments to \"matthew fussell\", \"matt@mattfussell.com\", or \"Membership at TheVirtualInstructor.com\" and click on the link.<\/li>\n<li>Click the \"Cancel\" link under subscription details.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For more information on canceling PayPal subscription payments please visit <a href=\"https:\/\/www.paypal.com\/selfhelp\/article\/FAQ2058\/2\">this page<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>If You Paid with a Credit Card (Not through PayPal)...<\/h3>\n<p>To cancel your recurring payments that were made using a credit card (not through PayPal) follow\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/thevirtualinstructor.com\/members\/cancel-my-recurring-charge\">this\u00a0link<\/a> and click on the cancellation button. <strong>Be sure that you are logged in before accessing this page.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p><input name=\"tabs\" type=\"radio\" id=\"tab-8\" class=\"input\"\/><br \/>\n  <label for=\"tab-8\" class=\"label\">Renewing Your Account <i class=\"fas fa-angle-down\" style=\"margin-left:10px;\"><\/i><\/label><\/p>\n<div class=\"panel\">\n<p>Your subscription is set to automatically renew each year unless you have cancelled your subscription or recurring payments. Sometimes, your bank information or card changes or expires causing your subscription to lapse. To renew, log in as you normally would.  On the login screen, you will see a message stating that your subscription has ended.
