Hi Richa,

The video is served directly from our hosting provider and is presented in High Definition at the highest level of quality no matter your internet connection or speed. Other video hosting providers like YouTube automatically change the quality based on your internet connection and as a result, deliver lower quality video. If you find that the videos are buffering for you, you can adjust the quality in which the video is served to you. To do so, scroll over the video with your mouse and click on the gear icon in the lower corner. Choose a lower quality and the buffering will stop.

The only complaint i have is that the videos are difficult to load. They take a lot of time to buffer and they always hang in between. I then have to refresh the page and start it from scratch and then it hangs again. It keeps on happening throughout the videos. I generally work from home so I know that my internet connection is not the problem.

Hi Marc,

I assume you are asking for software to play the video files after they are downloaded? Downloading files does not require any software at all. To download the video files, click on the “Download Page” link in the video description box under the video. On the next page, click on the download icon in the upper right corner of the screen (it is an arrow pointing downward). Choose the file size that you would like to download and click the “Download” button to download the file. Be reminded that you do not have to download the file to play the video. Videos will play by just clicking on the play button above if you are connected to the internet. If you need a program to play the video file once they are downloaded, and the video files do not play by default when you click on them, then may try the open source video player called “VLC”. Hi Margaret,

Thanks for noticing. The paper used is Bristol paper. I have fixed this in the materials listing. Bristol paper is smoother and more rigid. Stonehenge paper is softer since it is 100% cotton.
