Yes, water-soluble graphite is labeled. It goes on a little differently than traditional graphite - so you can feel that it&#039;s different. It&#039;s typically quite a bit softer.]]></description>

I prefer Grumbacher Goldenedge brushes for water-based media such as watercolor or gouache.  I hope this helps.]]></description>
